We specialize in developing wayfinding and placemaking programs for public spaces, healthcare facilities, corporate and educational campuses, and parks. Our design approach is based on being responsive to the specific architectural and cultural context of each project, resulting in effective and individualistic design solutions.

Experiential Graphic Designer
Clearstory is seeking a motivated mid-level experiential graphic designer to become a part of our energetic team. Our next hire will participate in all aspects of wayfinding and placemaking projects, from concept development through construction documents and construction administration. We hire people, not resumes, and welcome applicants with any level of experience as well!
We are looking for the following attributes in a candidate: excellent design and typographic skills, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, self-motivation, and the ability to work as an open and collaborative team member. While we prefer a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, we also invite architectural, interior, and industrial designers to apply. Candidates must be proficient in Mac based Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) with experience in FileMaker Pro, Revit, AutoCAD and CADTools a plus.
CAD/Revit Designer
Clearstory is seeking a detail-oriented entry-level Revit/AutoCad designer to become a part of our energetic and collaborative team. This person will participate in all aspects of Revit modeling, management and production for Clearstory. The position’s tasks and responsibilities include: exporting plans and model views from Revit to support development of presentations; modeling sign families; documenting signage locations and messages for construction documents; assembling milestone submittals and tracking changes; and assisting in construction administration tasks.
The following attributes are instrumental for the successful candidate: attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, strong analytical and communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work as an active and collaborative team member. A bachelors degree in architecture or interior is preferred, but others are welcome to apply. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD & Revit (including Xref and linking files, setting up drawing sheets, creating/editing Revit families) as well as Microsoft Excel and Word. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and FileMaker Pro is a plus!
